This lesser known breed originated out of Devonshire, England in the late 1950s according to The Cat Fancier’s Association. They are loyal, playful and extremely affectionate in many of the same ways as dogs.

The Singapura cat is the smallest domesticated cat at only four to eight pounds depending on its gender. It is recognizable by it’s large, amber eyes, and smooth, silky coat. The Sungapura cat sports a unique coat color, almost similar to that of a squirrel but with warmer tones.
